The court case takes months, but in the end, the verdict is announced.
The documents are genuine, and the claims are true.
The city's influential family is officially held responsible for the demolished neighborhoods and the land taken unjustly.
The court orders compensation for the affected families and the reconstruction of some of the historic buildings.
When she hears the news, Elif holds her father's hand tightly.
It is over, she whispers.
It is finally over.
Münir smiles, tears gathering in his eyes.
No, he says slowly.
It is just beginning.
The city council decides to restore the clock tower.
After months of work, the tower reopens.
This time, it is not a locked secret, but a museum open to everyone.
On opening day, the whole city gathers.
Children, elders, neighbors, everyone is there.
Büşra, Lena, Nail, and Nil stand at the very front of the crowd.
Ahmet Bey gives a short speech at the entrance of the tower.
This tower, he says, carried a secret for forty years.
Now, it carries a reminder.
The truth, no matter how well hidden, comes to light sooner or later.
Elif stands beside her father, holding a new sign to be hung at the entrance.
It reads: The Tower of Silence, Now the Light of Truth.
Muna arrives through the crowd, carrying a bouquet of flowers.
You deserved this, she says, handing the flowers to Elif.
Kerem photographs the event for his newspaper.
But this time he is not chasing a story.
He simply wants to capture a moment.
Büşra looks at the tower, then turns to her friends.
Do you remember, she says, how all of this began with a single message?
Only you can see this, Lena repeats with a smile.
But now everyone can.
Nail nods.
Sometimes, he says, a secret sent to one person can change an entire city.
Nil raises her camera and takes one last photo.

The people below watch and applaud.
